Hide Your Wii ID on USER Packet

This code will allow you to put a spoofed Wii ID number on your USER packet. This will NOT spoof the Wii ID number that is read by the server when getting online! This code is just meant to stop Mem90 RAM Viewers/Packet sniffers from seeing your real Wii ID number when they are in your WW.
