NOTES:

On LC: There's a 1:28.942 time with the Mii Name morio on LC. However, the Client ID of morio matches morior therefor proving it is a spam time by morior.

On rSGB: Morior's mii name for his time is 'morio' but I put Morior to match his name on his faster LC time.

FAQ:

Why are some Top Tens incomplete?
Because nobody bothered to log all the data of every track. Since the Nintendo WFC servers are shutdown, it is impossible to get the data.

I know a person who lives in China and has some times for the top tens, can you add them?
No, because the Chinese Wii was never made public, many Chinese players were forced to use Japanese Wiis or PAL Wiis. These top tens are simply a historical look back of how the top tens would look like when you viewed them. It would be virtually impossible to get all the Chinese Players' times added on here.

What is a Chinese Wii?
The Chinese Wii is a Wii with the country code of China locked into NAND, has it's own system menu, and has it's own specific Chinese MKW Disc. Due to the fact that no MKW Disc can read the letters of the 9th ranked LC time, we know there must be a specific Chinese MKW Disc. Due to the symbols that appear next to Clover's Mii Name is known to only be original in the Korean Mii Channel (and the fact that activating Simplified Chinese on Korean Wii via ARC does essentially nothing), we know there is a specific Chinese Wii. This is also supported by the fact that ALL times on every Top Ten has the China country code.

If the Chinese Wii was never made public, how do we have times for those top tens?
Most likely they were done by Nintendo Staff on a prototype Chinese Wii. You will notice on a few tops, there's the name - iQue-2. iQue-2 is the company that produces the Nintendo 3DS for Nintendo. There could be a small chance that somehow you can activate the Chinese Region ID in a NDEV Wii but this is most likely not true because of the 9th place ranked LC time that has it's own special S.Chinese letters. Also, it's possible Nintendo went to various Chinese Venues and allowed some demo play on the Chinese Wiis.

I have a RMCC01 ISO that is in Chinese, isn't this the Chinese Disc and why can't I access China Region ID with it?
That ISO is actually a customized Japanese ISO made by a [A9]Star (Taiwan player). He most likely made that ISO to help the Taiwan community since Taiwan Wiis use a Japanese system menu and run the Japanese MKW Disc. Technically if [A9]Star wanted to be 100% correct to mimic a Taiwanese ISO, he should have put the game ID as RMCW01. 'W' is the official fourth latter on Game ID's by Nintendo for Traditional Chinese games, Only 8 'Taiwanese' (NTSC-T) official Wii games exist. They use the Japan Disc Region Code to be read by the Japanese system menu of the Taiwan Wii. This means you can run those games on a Japan Wii with no hacks if desired.

So would it be possible to access the China region on Wiimmfi or were the codes never released to the public?

Codes to change region ID is all over the web, its even here on the Codes Forum, yes you can access it on Wiimmfi. You can access it on any server unless you are talkin about TT charts in general, which I know only Wiimmfi has TT charts/rankings
